How was your weekend?
Your time is precious so I won’t waste it.
Here are the three items that caught my eye today:
It’s a content filled world (two parts)
Technology’s (eg: Netflix etc) impact on the media, entertainment and sports programming world? The need for more unique shows (on a personal note, it’s about time that someone created a women’s sport network) that your present and future audience will pay to watch it.
This is linked to part 1. Once you create the shows, you need to keep your audience watching it. Instead of changing the channel when they get bored. Here’s one way to do this (the article is behind a paywall but the headline says it all).
The lesson? Figure out a way to use existing technology to capture your audience’s attention): A New Way to Watch Golf: NBC Will Stream Every Shot at The Players Championship
The future is being created in front of your eyes
Imagine travelling on a train that uses a hydrogen fuel cell instead of an electric battery. Imagine no more – it’s in the trial stages.
1) The headline says it all. And the article is behind a paywall:
2) I like how medical technology is changing rapidly to deal with the coronavirus (pretty soon, you can do anything with an app): Free Coronavirus Phone App Could Be Available in Weeks for Fast, At-Home Risk Assessment
