Need your sports fix?

If you need your NFL (American football) and NBA (basketball) fix, this is great news (for US viewers, the NFL package is free until May 31st, 2020. Outside the US? Free until July 31. NBA? Free until April 22, 2020).

NB. From my ‘how technology impacts the media/entertainment’ lens? This is the smartest way to get your present and future fans watching your sports (or other) programs. And to think, if there was no Internet, you’d have nothing to watch.

How the fitness world is surviving

As you know, I love working out at the gym (and revamping my fitness wardrobe so I can be comfortable during my workouts (hello Lululemon – love your stuff!!!). Right now, I’m more focused on maintenance and taking walks (with social distancing) outside when I get the chance. Or doing basic pushups or sit-ups.

Let’s take this one further. You no longer have to be on the big screen (tv, movie theatre or concert hall).  The technology is already here for you to create your own program. And after COVID-19, you will see a big shift in the way you watch your favorite TV show etc (if you thought it was big now, it’s going to be bigger. A lot bigger).
