The Three. Le Trois. El Tres

Happy Tuesday!

Here are the three articles that caught my eye today.

Plus your “Stay at Home Workout of the Day.”

Investment tip of the day – invest in a film*

**** I’m not an investment advisor. This isn’t investment advice. It’s not my fault if you decide to invest in a film and you lose money. On the other hand, if you make a big profit on your film, I will gladly take the full credit for this because I posted the article for you on how to invest in a film. ****

This article lists all the step a private investor needs to consider before he or she invests in a film. It also explains why you see other names in the opening credits.

Golden Globes and Silver Linings: an introduction to film investment for private investors

Let’s go shoot some hoops (basketball hoops, people, basketball hoops)

Yes. I usually write (and analyze) how technology impacts the media and entertainment world. But since you need a diversion (and in case you know someone who wants to continue training for their basketball team. Or you need basketball workouts):

The Zoom for Basketball: HomeCourt Makes Its Product Free for Users to Keep Playing at Home

The cloud. What else can it do?

Are you working from home? Then look up in the sky. Do you see a cloud? If you do, the cloud(s) you’re looking at right now is/are the ones that allow you to connect from home to your workplace etc (oh, I see that look in your eyes. The “Nick made a joke” look. In reality? The cloud is a fancy name for “a bunch of computer servers linked together in a very big warehouse that allows you to play your Netflix videos etc”)

And since everyone in Hollywood is practically working from home, this article lists the company/companies that are involved in helping Hollywood create your favorite film etc:

Enjoy this live streaming camera view from Hawaii.

Because all of you need some peace and calm during your day.

Stay at Home Workout of the Day

As we say in the fitness world, you don’t need gym equipment to do a workout. And a short workout is better than a long workout. Here’s one from “The Toronto Star.”

Missing the gym amid COVID-19? Here’s a special at-home cardio workout for Star readers

Motivational Ending.

You got this.

See you on Wednesday for The Three. Le Trois. El Tres.

Author: Research King

My real name is Nick but my clients call me the Research King. Why? Because I love researching and finding information. And they’re literally amazed when I find the information for them. I love analyzing how technology influences the media and entertainment world. Because the media and entertainment industry is constantly changing. And technology is playing a big role in changing it (from CD’s to live-streaming). Finally, I love coffee, going to the gym/working out and anything to do with athletic leisure clothing (I’m a big Lululemon fan). P.S.
