(A) They’ve been beaten by everyone else (Netflix, Apple+, Amazon etc) and (B) some video distributors are opting to rent directly to their audience using Roku or AppleTV.

Keep in mind that, like artificial intelligence, online learning is a complement to the classroom. Not a substitute.

I was going to give you the one I did last night except there’s too many exercises. So I will give you an easier one (HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. Don’t let this scare you. Go at your own pace. And take as many breaks as you need).

If you don’t have any dumbbells or kettlebells, you can you a bottle of plastic water or soda (go for the thin one. Not the 2L bottle. If you have a 2L bottle, instead of renegade row, do a bent over row). If you don’t have a kettlebell for the squat, catch and overhead press, you can substitute it for anything with a handle (off the top of my head? A 4L vinegar bottle. Or a knapsack filled with books).
