I hope you’ve had a productive day!
Here are the three articles that caught my eye today!
I love you all!
Remember the saying “you are what you eat?”
This article shows you the impact of artificial sugar on your brain (the key idea? Your gut and brain works together when it you eat sugar).
P.S. I haven’t drank coffee in over a month (I used to get this from Starbucks first thing in the morning). It’s going to be interesting to see what happens to me once this pandemic is over.
2) Real estate for $1000 Alex
Besides the true technology impact on the media and entertainment industry, there’s others as well. Consider all the buildings they’re renting. For instance, in West LA, 33% of the buildings being leased belong to the technology and media industry.
It’s a fascinating read.
3) Who loves a sale?
A lot of us are staying at home. And watching a lot of films, TV shows using the Internet (my favorite one? Life in Pieces on Netflix. I’ve never laughed so much in my life).
If you live in the USA (or you know someone who lives in the USA), Disney has a sale on a lot of movies (including the ones from 21 Century Fox).
Most of the movies will cost $4.99 US.
Stay at Home Fitness Workout of the Day
Crawling (it’ll help with your mobility).
Pick an area at home.
Crawl 5x up. 5x to the left. 5x back. 5x to the right.
Do some leg lowering (5-10x on one leg. Repeat on the other).
Then finish with 90/90 switches (I did 12 of them last night).
Adapted from “Rebel Talent: Why It Pays to Break the Rules At Work and In Life” by Francesca Gino:
Always rebel against low expectations that you and others have set for you.
