Remember, when you’re on a videoconferencing call, it’s about your bookcase. Not you.

(1) keep your fans happy when they can’t watch any sports on TV because of this pandemic and
(2) make sure they learn something new (example: a computer program/machine language)

Using fake crowd noise to copy the real crowd noise during a sports competition (there’s no safe way to bring your fans to your stadium):
Stay at home workout of the day
You can do one workout per day. Or all nine. It’s up to you.
P.S. If you don’t have any dumbbells, use anything. My favorite? Using two 2L plastic pop bottles, a 4L plastic vinegar container and a 2.96L of Woolite detergent.
