I love you all!

1) ICYMI

A) If you live in Austin, Texas, you can pop by this pop up grocery store in June 2020 (I love their focus on local food and products):

A Special Social Distance Grocery Store is Coming to Austin

B) Instead of reading a book about ant colonies, you can join a Facebook Group and become part of an ant colony. 1 million strong (this is taking role playing to the next level. You don’t need to grab a game and call your friends to see if they want to play it):

A million people are pretending to be ants on Facebook — and it could be therapeutic

2) Wait. It’s still open?

Yes. The last Blockbuster in the galaxy is open. The owner has to go from retail store to retail store to buy the DVDs her clients want to watch. On the positive side, it’ll give you a chance to visit the store in Bend, Oregon, USA when the pandemic is over:

The World’s Last Blockbuster Remains Open, Pandemic and Netflix Be Damned

3) No computer programming experience required

Technology’s impact on the entertainment world? The need for more interactive TV shows (exactly the same as the “Choose Your Own Adventure” books). Except you don’t need to learn computer programming to do this (the company’s software will do it for you):

New tool lets producers create interactive programmes, with no coding
