Stay at home workout

8 rounds for each exercise.

20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds break.

Repeat twice.

  1. Squats
  2. Lunges (left leg)
  3. Lunges (right leg)
  4. Thrusters (use a medium weight)
  5. Jumping jacks
  6. End. Take a 1 minute break. Repeat.
