P.S. Health is your highest form of wealth.

Stay at home workout

Do each exercise 15 times.

When you’ve finished the entire routine, take a 60 second break (your cardio and legs will thank you). And repeat three times.

Oh, use heavy weights (or fill your knapsack with books).

A) squats

B) reverse lunges

C) stiff legged deadlifts (you can remove the knapsack and switch to weights)

D) jump squats (remove your knapsack. Don’t use any weights. You can do jumping jacks as well)

E) plyo lunges (don’t wear your knapsack. Don’t use weights)

F) 60 second break. Then repeat 3x.
