Q1: Will #AI take over the entertainment industry? Which sector will it take over first (eg: editing/dubbing)? #AIChat
Video editing. It’s at the heart of content creation. And it’s difficult and tedious. #AI is revolutionizing this toolset in some very disruptive ways. (1/3)

We already have automated highlight clipping tools for sports. For live video editing, automated multi-camera production is making good headway. (2/3)

But the MOST impressive #AI that I’ve seen in this domain is the use of speech-to-text AI to turn video editing into a process that is as simple as editing a word document. Best example? Descript. Turns any good writer into a fantastic video editor. 🤯 (3/3)

@brianlring how important is metadata to future of #AI #AIchat ?
— PBS Metadata (@PBSMetadata) November 24, 2020
Well – great question @PBSMetadata 🙂 I’d say, it goes both ways. #AI can ‘create/enhance’ metadata which can drive better monetization & UX opportunities. But also, #metadata can drive #AI downstream too. Long story short, metadata is KEY to #AI 💯
