Here are the three articles that caught my eye!
I love you all!
P.S. Stay positive.
Stay at home workout
Inspired by Coach Wayne (he created a tougher workout this morning but I decided to modify it). Do this three times (it’s a shoulder and cardio exercise. With some abs thrown in). If you want, use heavy weight:
10 snatches (left and right side)
10 kettlebell swings
10 burpees (if you hate burpees, do jump squats, Russian twists, jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, chest press)
10 clean and press (10 times per arm)
10 lunges (per side. Opposite side, opposite leg: if you use your left hand to hold the weight up in the air, lunge with your right leg)
10 mountain climbers (engage your ab/core muscles. Squeeze your glutes. Then run. 10 in total).
Break for 60 seconds. Repeat.
Sometimes I’ll take a piece of toast, put some spaghetti sauce and cheese on it. Place it in a toaster oven for 10 minutes (or wait until the cheese has melted). Voila. A quick snack or meal (pair it with a soup and salad). If you want to read the history behind pizza toast (it started in Japan): Link
E-games: the next fashion runway?
Ignore the IP (intellectual property) and branding part when you read the article. Focus on the fact that the fashion industry can use e-games as their next fashion runway: Link
It’s a tool
No. Artificial intelligence (AI) won’t write the future movie or tv reviews. Why? It’s linked to the data source. Use the wrong data, you’re in trouble. Besides, AI is a tool. It won’t replace a human (we have the edge because we constantly create and reinvent ideas. When has an AI created a new idea?). Link
P.S. That’s the lesson for the entertainment industry. Every technology you use is a tool. Not a replacement to human ingenuity.
