Stay at home workout

As you’re sitting at your desk, it’s time for you to stand up (tomorrow, some ankle exercises). Start with:

  1. Lunges (six: three per leg)
  2. Squats (six)
  3. Leg swings (back and forth. Six times per leg) and
  4. Walking to your kitchen to grab a glass of water/coffee/tea.
