Stay at home workout
We’re going to strengthen your ankles because some of us have been sitting at our desks for a long time without a break (Friday? Neck exercises)
- Take a tennis/yoga ball
- Place it at the bottom of your foot (it should be on the ground)
- Do some ankles circles (go one way, then the other. Switch ankles) and
- If you don’t have a tennis/yoga ball, do some ankle circles.
If you visit your favorite restaurant, coffee, tea or other shop (example, muffins), don’t forget to order from them if you have the money (or buy a gift card).
