The Three. Le Trois. El Tres

Happy WednesYaY!

I hope you’re having a productive day!

Here are the three articles that caught my eye!

Have a positive afternoon or evening!

I love you all!

P.S. Go for it. Now. Get in shape. Start your side hustle. Ask someone out on a date. Find a new job. Change your routine. Why? Because the pandemic has proved to everyone (1) that life is short and (2) deserves to be happy.

Stay at home workout

Hello leg day! Do each exercise 10 times. 4 rounds. Don’t forget to stuff a knapsack with objects and strap it on your back (the heavier, the better).

A) squats (I need your knees at a 45 degree angle)

B) sumo deadlifts (option: grab an extra kettlebell or dumb bell) and

C) lunges (10 per side).

Break when you need to. And don’t forget to use a foam roller or rolling pin to massage your legs after you’re done cause they’re going to be sore the next day.

Hello, spring!

It’s time to start thinking what you want to plant in your home or apartment garden (this trend from spring/summer 2020 will continue this year. Plus it’s good exercise). The article is behind a paywall but the headline says it all: Link

Old technology = new technology

I never had a cable bundle. Instead I use a TV antenna, an AppleTV box hooked up to the Internet to watch my favorite shows and movies. And that’s how technology is impacting the entertainment industry. Giving it lots of options for you to watch your favorite show etc. That’s why Fox is betting on Tubi): Link

This looks promising: using a wearable and special software to find out if you’ve caught the covid-19 virus without taking a nasal swab test (it’s an ongoing study): Link

Author: Research King

My real name is Nick but my clients call me the Research King. Why? Because I love researching and finding information. And they’re literally amazed when I find the information for them. I love analyzing how technology influences the media and entertainment world. Because the media and entertainment industry is constantly changing. And technology is playing a big role in changing it (from CD’s to live-streaming). Finally, I love coffee, going to the gym/working out and anything to do with athletic leisure clothing (I’m a big Lululemon fan). P.S.
