Stay at home workout
Let’s start it off with a bang (five rounds cause that’s how many Coach Wayne did in his live fitness class today):
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 standing toe taps (put in object in front of you. Make sure it’s heavy enough so it stays in place. Jump and tap the object with your toes. Right and left foot counts as one)
- 10 thrusters (use a heavy weight, please and thank you)
- 10 pushups (or burpees) and
- 10 plank taps (in total): you have a choice – either tap your left and right shoulders or place an object in front of you and tap it the object with your left and right hand
- 60 second break
- Repeat 5x
Restaurants are the new Netflix?
Imagine if a restaurant managed to create a club where you pay $1000-$5000 a year to visit the farm where your next meal is coming from etc (doesn’t this remind you of SAAS (software as a service)? Where you pay $X per month to watch/read/exercise etc?). One bonus for the restaurant – a steady source of income, instead of relying on diners dining inside, outside or takeout: Link
