Stay at home workout
Today, I’m going to work your legs and glute muscles. Say hello to:
- 20 squats
- 20 jumping jacks
- 20 lunges (in total; you could do plyo lunges but let’s keep it simple)
That’s it! 2-3 rounds. Don’t forget to take a 60 second break at the end of each round!
