Do I push you beyond your limits or keep it safe?

6 rounds of

  1. Thrusters (10)*
  2. Kettlebell swings (10)*
  3. Chest press (10)*
  4. Jumping jacks (10)
  5. Push ups/burpees (10) and
  6. Mountain climbers (10 per leg = 20)

* Use a medium to heavy weight. Rest for 60 seconds. Repeat.

As technology allows more streaming services to be created, there’s going to be a trade off:

  1. Either subscribers are comfortable viewing the ads (and they won’t hit the skip button) or
  2. Subscribers hate the ads and will unsubscribe or find a streaming service that doesn’t have ads.
