P.S. Funny story. I put some Bark Butter on some tree trunks for the birds. The squirrels end up climbing the tree, and break the suet chunks. Instead of eating it, they bury it in my backyard. It’s going to be a weird summer.

Hmmmm…..abs? Okay! Do these exercises three times.
- 10 burpees (remember, tighten your ab muscles when you plank out)
- 10 pushups (modified is okay. Or you can do full pushup (tighten your abs))
- 10 mountain climbers (tighten your abs as you run; 10 in total. 5 per leg)
- 10 sit ups
One minute break. Repeat.
That’s it. If you need an extra challenge, do a 30 second plank at the end.
