The Three. Le Trois. El Tres

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend!

Here are the three articles that caught my eye!

Stay safe.

Stay strong.

P.S. Funny story. I put some Bark Butter on some tree trunks for the birds. The squirrels end up climbing the tree, and break the suet chunks. Instead of eating it, they bury it in my backyard. It’s going to be a weird summer.

Stay at home workout

Hmmmm…..abs? Okay! Do these exercises three times.

  1. 10 burpees (remember, tighten your ab muscles when you plank out)
  2. 10 pushups (modified is okay. Or you can do full pushup (tighten your abs))
  3. 10 mountain climbers (tighten your abs as you run; 10 in total. 5 per leg)
  4. 10 sit ups

One minute break. Repeat.

That’s it. If you need an extra challenge, do a 30 second plank at the end.

Lift weights

Repeat after me. Get enough vitamin D. And lift weights = strong muscles as you age (nb: do your own research to check the data): Link

Pivot

New term: RTD (Ready To Drink). As in, this case study will explain why Diageo has improved its RTD products (the answer? You’d do the same with a 16% increase in profits): Link

It’s not over

Technology’s impact on the entertainment industry? More shows for you to binge (no. It’s not over): Link

Author: Research King

My real name is Nick but my clients call me the Research King. Why? Because I love researching and finding information. And they’re literally amazed when I find the information for them. I love analyzing how technology influences the media and entertainment world. Because the media and entertainment industry is constantly changing. And technology is playing a big role in changing it (from CD’s to live-streaming). Finally, I love coffee, going to the gym/working out and anything to do with athletic leisure clothing (I’m a big Lululemon fan). P.S.
