5 rounds of:

a) 10 squats (use a knapsack filled with books)

b) 10 burpees

c) 10 rows (use two medium to heavy weights. One in each hand. You can do singles: 5 per side)

d) 10 pushups (to finish off your shoulders)

Rest for 60 seconds. Repeat.
