Stay at home workout

Hello filthy 50!

Do each exercise 50 times. Do this once:

  1. Pushups
  2. Squats (with or without weight)
  3. Jumping jacks
  4. Mountain climbers (50 per leg = 100 in total)
  5. Burpees
  6. Skipping rope (with or without a rope) and
  7. Air punches (left and right punches counts as one)
