Stay at home workout
Hello filthy 50!
Do each exercise 50 times. Do this once:
- Squats (with or without weight)
- Jumping jacks
- Mountain climbers (50 per leg = 100 in total)
- Skipping rope (with or without a rope) and
- Air punches (left and right punches counts as one)
