If it’s warm outside where you live, wait until the evening to go outside for your walk. Or you can do this exercise in a cool part of your home/condo etc (it’s five exercises. Two rounds. Your magic number? 20):
- Push ups
- Mountain climbers
- Jumping jacks
- Chest press
Remember, take time out of your busy day to exercise. When you go back to the office, everyone will be asking you how you stayed in shape during the last 16 months. While wearing your pre-pandemic work clothes.
