Relax. If it’s going to snow where you live, don’t forget to:
- Warm up
- Engage your abs/core, glutes when you shovel (to protect your back) and
- Practical your deadlift technique if you have to lift the snow from the ground to get rid of it

When I get married, my dream home will include this type of gym. I love how the doors/windows can be opened to let the fresh air in. I’m not fussy about the gym equipment (hello, where’s the kettlebell?) but I’d subscribe to a mix of Peloton (for the bike, strength and yoga sessions) and personal training sessions for me, my future wife and family: link
