Let’s start with something simple; if you need an exercise idea (s/o to Coach Matt who designed this Physical 100 (the show is on Netflix. It’s amazing) 1st half workout for me:

grab a 40 pound medicine ball

walk to the other side of a room, hallway

drop the ball

do 10 pushups

grab the ball

walk to the other side

drop the ball

do 10 pushups

rest for 40-60 secs

repeat 10x
