Do you need a protein shake recipe?

I’m a fitness finatic.

I place a premium on my health.

That’s why I’m in the gym 5 out of the 7 days at the gym:

Sunday = personal training with a focus on cardio and core

Monday = kettlebell

Tuesday = strength training with weights with some CrossFit thrown in with a personal trainer

Thursday = my WOD (workout of the day. My own workout when tabata class finished in April)

Saturday = functional tune up (form etc) with https://www.functionalbadass.com/

And trying to eat healthy.

This protein shake recipe?

From Gordon Ramsay’s book (this isn’t a sponsored post): https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/news-and-press/gordon-ramsays-ultimate-fit-food/

2 cups of almond milk (or yogurt, regular milk)

2 ripe bananas

5-8 dates (remove the pits)

Place everything into a blender.

Use the highest setting.

Blend until smooth.

Either you can drink it now or pour it into a thermos. And drink it during your break etc (don’t forget to put ice in it to keep it cool etc).

My real name is Nick but to my clients, I’m their 2nd brain. Why? Because I keep them up to date on global shifts - societal, political and technological - so they can stay ahead of the competition. I also track innovations across industries to uncover opportunities that can transform your business. I love analyzing how technology influences the media and entertainment world. Because the media and entertainment industry is constantly changing. And technology is playing a big role in changing it (from CD’s to live-streaming). Finally, I love coffee, going to the gym/working out and anything to do with athletic leisure clothing (I’m a big Lululemon fan). P.S.
